FLOOR PLAN PDFS
When an architect hands over his or her floor plans, they are usually in a pretty standard and uninviting format. It is essential to create an eye-catching pdf that can be given to a potential home owner. This can be done by either printing out the pdfs as flyers, or creating an easy download for viewers on your website.
ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
These renderings were produced through a 3D rendering program. The builder had specific colors for the roofing, siding, trim, etc. From a 3D model of the home I dressed the house, created a background, and added the landscaping for a very realistic appearance.

WEB DESIGN
Oakley Home Builders wanted to freshen up their site so it was more visually appealing rather than just functional. I worked with the president to design a very soft and high end look. After I designed it, all of my files were turned over to a programmer who brought it to life.
